Our Application Process

Our Application Process starts with us reviewing your CV. Most of the time this will not take longer then one or two days. If it does that's a good sign.

If your CV is fitting for us we will invite you to a phone interview with our HR consultant Hannes where you can ask all the questions you have about the position you applied for and we can ask questions about your CV that came up.

After the phone interview we will discuss the outcome with the project leaders and then invite you to an interview in person with the project leader, our owner, the person that will be working most closely to you and our HR consultant. Since these are a lot of people this is more of a "getting to know" 3-4 hours than an interview.

If after that day you still want to work with us and we feel like you can be a good fit for us we are looking forward to working with you.
